Payments

All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

Commissions

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or collection.

Website Purchases

Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods available on the website.

Shenapaints reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Commissions

Each commissioned artwork is created specifically for the client based on the information and reference materials provided.

Completion times vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Estimated timelines will be discussed before work begins. Reference images supplied by the client remain the responsibility of the client. By submitting images, you confirm that you have permission to use them. Minor adjustments may be discussed during the process. Significant changes after work has begun may incur additional charges.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Shipping & Collection
Original Artworks and Prints

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. A shipping confirmation will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Local collection may be arranged at:

• Curepipe

• Shoprite

• Port Louis

Postal delivery is also available.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on selected artworks. Please contact Shenapaints before purchasing to discuss shipping options, costs, and delivery arrangements.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Shenapaints as soon as possible so that the issue can be investigated.

Prints

Prints are reproductions of original artworks.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prints are sold unframed.

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

• Print dimensions may vary depending on the original artwork's format and proportions.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, images, designs, text, videos, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Shenapaints unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an original artwork, print, or commission does not transfer copyright ownership.

Shenapaints reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, and share commissioned and non-commissioned artworks for portfolio, exhibition, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
